Mountain Top Yoga is one of the premier providers of yoga classes, meditation lessons, and foot reflexology in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California. It was founded in 2000 by Susan Hayes, e-RYT 500, a well-known and beloved teacher of yoga to children, seniors, people suffering from disabilities, and seekers of health & relaxation. Classes are also offered online. In addition, Susan has provided foot reflexology to people in the privacy in their own homes since 2004.
