What Is Mountain Top Yoga & Reflexology?

Mountain Top Yoga is one of the premier providers of yoga classes, meditation lessons, and foot reflexology in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California. It was founded in 2000 by Susan Hayes, e-RYT 500, a well-known and beloved teacher of yoga to children, seniors, people suffering from disabilities, and seekers of health & relaxation.  In addition, Susan has provided foot reflexology to people in the privacy in their own homes since 2004.

Why Should You Do Yoga & Meditation?

Scientists have proven that yoga & meditation ward off stress and disease.  Stress causes everything from hypertension and infertility to depression & premature aging.  It accounts for 60-90% of doctor's visits in the U.S., according to the Benson-Henry Institute of Harvard Med School.  The World Health Organization estimates that stress costs U.S. companies at least $300 billion/year through absenteeism, turnover and low productivity.

Welcome! to Mountain Top Yoga & Reflexology in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California.  The aim is to help you feel your best, and to enjoy good health and a balanced life, no matter what health challenges you might face.

Each person is different, and a customized approach, tailored to individual needs, is used to create yoga & meditation classes, and foot reflexology sessions, that are based on your lifestyle and physical needs.  Mountain Top Yoga is committed to help you make the changes in your life that will make you feel your best.

Mountain Top Yoga offers public and private yoga and meditation classes at Auburn Yoga & Fitness in Auburn, CA. Private classes and reflexology sessions are always offered in the privacy of your own home at mutually convenient days and times.
